The patent applicant has two choices:
1. Elect to have the patent application published after 18 months from application date, or.
2. Elect not to have the patent application published after 18 months.
If you elect not to have your patent application published after 18 months, you cannot file an application for your invention in another country, or under multilateral international agreement, such as the Patent Cooperation Treaty, that requires publication of applications 18 months after filing.
If at any time after the non-publication request is filed with your application, you should decide that you do want your application published by the USPTO, your non-publication request may be rescinded by filing the appropriate documents and paying the appropriate charges. There is no additional fee required to initiate the non-published application as described on https://kulturehub.com/inventhelp-support-inventors/.
If you elect to have your patent application published after 18 months, it will provide you the opportunity to file for a foreign patent application, if you so choose to do so. There is no obligation to file for a foreign patent application by selecting this option. However, there will be an additional charge required to file your application to be published in 18 months. The charge is inclusive of the fees charged by the USPTO.
Please understand that if you choose to file a foreign application in the future, there will be additional charges and fees required on your behalf. These costs will range in price between $10,000.00 and $30,000.00 or more, depending on which foreign filings you may choose. These costs will be defined in detail if and when you decide to file for a foreign patent application. Read more about patenting an invention from https://twitter.com/inventhelp.
Foreign Filing License
Foreign Filing License – permits the inventor to file abroad (only in a few specific cases will the PTO not grant this allowance). When filing in a foreign country, the inventor will be given a priority date based on this filing date.
Office Action – a response from the PTO which rejects or “objects to one or more aspects of the specification.” The inventor or patent attorney must respond to this action within a specific time period, usually three months as described on https://www.techtimes.com/articles/249715/20200518/how-inventhelp-gets-new-inventors-onto-the-right-path.htm.
Final Notice – ends the protection before the examiner and requires the inventor to submit additional information in preparation for an appeal.
Issue Notification – received after paying the required issuance fee. The issue date and patent number will be recorded on this form.
Becoming well-informed and educated is crucial when researching the many options available regarding invention patenting and licensing.
Inventors need to know that there are no “free rides,” you do not get rich overnight, and a patent does not always guarantee success! The truth is, without hard work and personal involvement, you will not succeed as explained on https://www.valuewalk.com/2020/05/medical-invention-covid-19/.
To obtain a patent, your invention needs to be novel (a new idea). The best way to determine if your invention is novel is to conduct a patent search. A free patent search, of issued patents and published patent applications, can be conducted through the USPTO’s website.
Additionally, patent professionals, such as registered patent agents and patent attorneys, can conduct wider patent searches through patent databases. These patent searches will include patents from around the world. An average low cost law firm charges $1000-$1500 to perform a patent search.
A good patent agent or attorney will draft the patent application to insure that there is a lot of emphasis placed on the differences between any prior art that has come up that is similar to your own invention design. This will insure that the patent is more likely to process since the differences are evident by anyone that may be looking at and approving the patent application as explained on https://www.youtube.com/user/inventhelp.
In addition to this, the patent attorney should also draw a long term, very easy to follow and complete history of the product or services history. This is important because it needs to show why the invention is not the next logical step in the creation of the product.
The evolution of the existing product being natural causes a problem for patentability since the product must be a non obvious product or service. A logical advancement of a current product is an obvious step.
With the help of your patent attorney, the drafting of your patent application should be done with care. They can find potential problems and work to find solutions for them, too. Patent laws are very specific about patentability and should be.
Skipping a patent search, not investing in a professional patent attorney or otherwise not getting that final draft that is perfect could cost you your patent outright. This is an important part of the process of protecting your invention and therefore your ideas. Camp cooking is one of the most enjoyable activities to do during a camping trip. There is something about the atmosphere in the campground that makes cooking more fun and food more delicious. Even if you don’t have the comfort of having everything accessible like that in your kitchen, you still find camp cooking worthwhile and exciting. On top of it all, you love seeing the look in your family’s faces when they smell the delicious aroma floating around the campsite and when they actually start to taste the delectable meals you have created.
The only problem is that you spend so much time cooking during the camping trip that you hardly have enough time to bond with your spouse and little ones. To solve this predicament, here are practical tips on how to save time on your camp cooking adventure.
Do preparations at home
Doing the preparations at home will save you a great amount of time. Chop, dice, mince, slice, and pre-cook the ingredients at home so that when you arrive at the campsite, it would only take you a few hours to complete your masterpiece. Just make sure that you seal the ingredients in Ziplock bags to retain the flavor. It would also be smart to label the bags accordingly so you don’t waste too much time figuring out where the diced onions or the crushed garlic are. Not only would these save you time but also extend the life of the meat, seafood, or poultry that you intend to bring for the trip. It would take longer for them to spoil if they are already half cooked. But don’t forget to fill up the cooler with ice just as well. Also preparing the right camping products for cooking will also make your life easier.
Choose simple but fabulous meals
You do not have to choose elaborate meals that take forever to prepare. If you browse the Internet, you will find so many recipes that are scrumptious and at the same time, takes a little while to prepare. There are websites with very interesting camping recipes, and not only recipes, you can find almost anything about camping, from camping gear to complete traveling guide. This will not only save you time but also energy. If you spend all your energy in cooking, you will be too tired to do exciting outdoor activities with your family such as hiking, fishing, swimming, and so many more.
Get help from your family
Do not hog the spotlight. If any in the family wants to help, let them. Of course, toddlers and younger children may not be able to help in the kitchen but if they really want to, you can designate child-friendly cooking activities that do not involve the use of sharp knives or cooking with fire. They can peel vegetables or arrange the table. If the family doesn’t contribute help outrightly, what you can do is to ask them nicely. Chances are, they are just waiting for you to ask for their help. Make sure that they also help in clearing the cooking area at your campsite free from other camping equipment that are easy to burn such as a dome tent.
Cooking is enjoyable because eating great food is the best. Eating succulent dishes is one of the things that most campers look forward to in any camping vacation. But you should not spend too much time cooking because you came here to be with your family and do fun activities together.
